Public Beta: Email Drop Box

Earlier in the week we opened up the email drop box concept for public beta. What this means is that you can now interact with your WORK[etc] account, simply by sending an email.

For example, if you are out and about and think of an important task, simply fire up your smartphone and send WORK[etc] an email. WORK[etc] will receive that email, understand your request and go ahead and create the To-Do.

Some scenarios available in this pre-release:

  • Create a To-Do for yourself and others
  • Create a new event or meeting in the calendar, for multiple people
  • Record an expense
  • Create and invite people to participate in a new project

After we have a few weeks feedback on the drop box, we’ll be adding in the following scenarios:

  • Create a new contact via email
  • Create and update a sales lead via email
  • Attach emails and documents to contacts via email
  • Any other cool concept that are suggested.

Read more on how to get using the drop box. And as usual – please post any feedback on that forum

This is going to be a massive productivity improvement for everyone (me included!)

I’m not bragging when I say that WORKetc has a lot of features. It’s just stating a fact. The Hidden Costs of “Free” CRMs

While getting coffee a couple of days ago I overheard someone in the line behind me say one of the most cliched lines ever set to music: “The best things in life are free.” That may very well be true in a sort of metaphysical or emotional aspect (some of us might actually have to […]

Work Smarter, Work Faster, and Save Time with WORKetc and G Suite

Google unveiled a new name for their popular suite of productivity apps last year. Instead of Google Apps for Work, it’s now known simply as G Suite. As a Google Cloud Partner, we were quick to conform to the new naming convention. If you’ve looked over our G Suite help docs over the past few […]

WORKetc Soon to be Powered by the World’s Largest Cloud Network

Right around 2002, Amazon had a problem: their app engineers didn’t have the necessary infrastructure and tools with which to build products without having to lose too much time talking to their networking engineers. They got rid of the need for this constant back-and-forth by building a system that would let them build web-scale applications […]
