New Sales History, Authorize.Net integration and Reporting

We’ve been incredibly lucky the last few months to have received a ton of great feedback from many of our customers.

Much has improved since WORK[etc] soft-launched a few months ago so I thought I’d post a little news.

Simple Sales History Management

You can now review every billable Entry (now remember, an Entry is *anything* – a support case, project, product sale, timesheet or even a meeting) under a new Sales -> Purchase History screen.
Simply follow the Entry edit links which take you right to the detail page. Keeping with our “you can attach anything to anything” design mantra, you can append comments, tasks or whatever you like.

Authorize.Net integration

If you have an Authorize.Net merchant account, you can now let you customers pay you by credit card through your SSL secured WORK[etc] customer extranet (in addition to PayPal/Google Checkout.)

To set up your payment gateway settings, check out Settings -> Merchant Integration.

Reporting

This is something we’ve purposefully left for last. We wanted to hear from our end users exactly which report data would be most meaningful. A new reporting credential is now in place and a couple of preview reports are already available. We will be continually adding more reports as the requests come through, so please keep them coming!

Five minutes. That’s how long I spend on my email inbox at the start of my day, every day. I used to get easily distracted, sometimes spending upwards of half an hour just going through my email. And by “going through” I do mean just reading them. No replying, no creating tasks. It was a […]
