Google CRM: WORKetc all in one business management.

It’s easy for a CRM software to claim integration with Google services. But do these apps offer a two way sync, and can they manage every aspect of your business without the need for additional integrations?

WORK[etc] – Google CRM integration allows business-wide collaboration from anywhere. Road warriors can make updates in real time: Win a sale then convert it into a project, quote, or invoice using WORK[etc]’s mobile apps. Once these changes have taken place, employees are notified and a series of follow up tasks can be immediately started such as the beginning of a project phase or scheduling of a follow up.

  • Centralized Management
Keep all business data together and manage the entire client lifecycle in one web app.
  • Two Way G Suite Sync
Sync with Google Contacts, Google Calendars, and access Google Docs from within WORK[etc].
  • Capture Entire Relationships
Client histories list every activity, comment, and email exchange between your business and a contact.
  • Manage from Gmail
Use the Gmail gadget to create or update leads, contacts, projects, and tasks using email information.

How It Works:

You can manage your entire client lifecycle in one CRM software. Manage your leads until close using custom sales stages and visual pipelines. Collaborate on projects, tasks, and support cases and track time as you go. Track your projects using 8 different real time views, among them gantt charts, project trees, and real time activity streams. Create billable expenses, timesheets, and milestones and easily use this data to create an invoice and bill your client. Add your client to your email marketing campaigns and keep them up to date with new product releases and other information.

With the Gmail gadget, you have the convenience of WORK[etc] from inside your Gmail account. When you receive an email, the gadget will identify the sender in WORK[etc] and align the contacts, or allow you to create a new one. Using the information within an email, update your sales leads, projects, tasks, and support cases – or create new ones entirely. You can also clip emails to existing activities in WORK[etc]. You can also take advantage of WORK[etc]’s email integration functionality from Outlook – the same features of the Gmail gadget are offered as an Outlook gadget, so you can make WORK[etc] changes quickly regardless of your email.
