Projects can consist of zero or more Milestones. A Milestone is effectively just Project attached to another Project.
After entering a Title and Description and Billing Model,
use the Milestones Gaant chart to drag & select time ranges for
each specific Milestone within your project. You can click &
drag/resize Milestone along the Gaant chart.
Note that your Project Periodwill be overridden by the Milestone dates if they're present.
Each Milestone can inherit the Billing Mode of it's Parent project, or you can define a completely different price/model if desired.
If you want to create a perpetual project, simply set the Period to today, and leave the Progress indicator on zero. This will keep the Project active forever.
