Tracking Time Sheets
The WORKetc time tracking software records all your employee and contractors time spent on projects or activities, all through a simple, online time sheet template.
The time sheet keeps track of how much time is spent on activities (ie writing proposals, graphic design, phoning customers), projects (eg new company brochure, hire new staff) and clients or customers.
Employees simply log into the time-tracking section of WORKetc, click on a client name, select a project and activity and mark off time spent. If your business requires detailed reporting, tracking or invoicing, the time sheet software can force the employee or subcontractor to also write a brief description of work completed.
Time tracking data is viewable on a calendar, attached to projects, rated against project milestones and used to create detailed invoices.
