Create a new web form and use the WORKetc editor to customize how the form looks visually, which custom fields are used, and what new items are created in WORKetc from web form data.  

Customize how email works with your web forms. Manage who gets notified for what.  

For example, if using web forms for support ticket generation, use custom forms to specify a category the issue relates to. Once submitted a new ticket will be created and assigned to the relevant support agent.
