How it works

All emails sent from within WORKetc and outside WORKetc to contacts can be captured on that contact’s profile, along with other activities, notes, and events worked on related to him or her. 

Send an email to WORKetc with the relevant activity code to create a new activity or update an existing one, such as a lead, project, invoice, expense, or support case.  

Include other team members within an email to have them notified of the changes, included in the new activity, or specifically assigned that item.  

The Gmail contextual gadget allows you to use email information to create new activities, with all information in the emails being included automatically.  

The Gmail gadget can also be used to look up recent activities related to the client that emailed you, manage existing activities, and simply clip emails to specific items.  

All changes made through the email drop box as well as Gmail gadget update instantly in WORKetc.
