I want to leave WORKetc - how do I get my data?
We believe that your data is yours. This is WORKetc's open policy on data and
your business's intellectual property:
Your data is
your data. While using WORKetc, we only take care of it for you. Whatever you
create while using Veetro belongs to your business. When you are finished using WORKetc, you are free to take it with you. We have no hidden fees or legal
jargon locking you into WORKetc.
With this in mind, we have a
number of ways you can export your data. Aside from if you decide to leave WORKetc, it can also be good piece of mind to regularly export your WORKetc data
and keep it safe*.
All WORKetc data can be downloaded as a CSV file and as
well as a SQL Server Express 2005 *.BAK database backup file. Additionally,
many individual pages can be printed, turned into a PDF file, exported as a CSV
file for Microsoft Excel, or subscribed to as an RSS feed.
*You can export a backup of your SQL
Server database at any time and as frequently as you like.
Simply go to
Settings -> Backup My Data
within your WORKetc extranet. Make sure you have
Backup privileges enabled on your user account
first though.
