What level of support is provided? Can I call on the phone?
WORKetc does not offer phone support, however we provide full email support to
all our paying customers. Email support is normally answered within 24 hours,
usually less. WORKetc has employees in Novia Scotia, Canada and Sydney,
Australia to help ensure someone is always on hand to answer your questions. WORKetc support is managed internally and not outsourced to a third party of call
center.
Additionally, the WORKetc interface has an active manual built right into every screen. This means you
get the answers you need without interrupting work flow.
